15-minute Planning

When a team successfully implements Inception, backlog refinement, and story huddles, the iteration planning process becomes incredibly efficient and lightweight, taking only 15 minutes or less. Consequently, the team can integrate this activity into their first daily standup of the iteration instead of having a separate event.

Since the backlog has already undergone refinement and story selection during inception or the backlog refinement event, the remaining tasks only involve summarizing the iteration goal and verifying capacity and team comfort levels.

As for other story details, they will be handled later by the respective flight crews during their story huddles within the iteration itself.
