Demo

A demo serves as a platform for teams to present their work, celebrating both their achievements and, on occasion, their failures with users and stakeholders.

During the demo event, the team showcases the functioning product live, opting for a practical demonstration rather than relying on verbal explanations or Powerpoint slides.

While demos can be held at any time, it is encouraged to conduct them at least every iteration.

Although the team may receive additional feedback during the demo, its primary purpose is to showcase and celebrate their progress. It is essential to note that this should not be the first time the team receives feedback on the features being demonstrated.

Importantly, the demo is not the appropriate occasion to seek approval for an incomplete story or feature. Only fully completed stories should be included in a team's demo.
