Storyboard

A storyboard, also referred to as a Scrum board or Kanban board, is a visual representation of user stories organized into columns that represent different stages of workflow. Each column provides visibility into the user stories currently in that particular state.

This valuable information radiator enables the team to have a comprehensive overview of the work accomplished, stories we are actively working on, and upcoming items.
For the majority of teams, it is recommended to have a storyboard with just three columns: To Do, In Progress, and Done.

Furthermore, the storyboard helps the team understand the prioritized order of upcoming tasks, highlighting the most important ones. Additionally, it allows for a quick assessment of the volume of work in progress, providing insights into whether the team is handling too many simultaneous tasks.
