User experience (UX)

User experience (UX) refers to the overall experience a person has when interacting with a product, service, or system. It encompasses all aspects of the interaction, including how intuitive, accessible, and enjoyable it is to use. Good UX design aims to meet the user's needs efficiently and effectively, while also providing a positive and engaging experience. It considers factors such as usability, visual design, information architecture, and emotional response, ultimately shaping how users feel about the product or service.
